Thank you for visiting and shopping at Fortella. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Transit time, handling time & order cut-off time:
In general, our handling time is 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 6 business days (Monday to Friday).
Order cut-off time will be 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
All orders are included with tax.
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping for all orders in contiguous United States.
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes in contiguous US.
Orders with addresses outside of U.S. are shipped via DHL. Shipping charges and import taxes apply.
Delivery Terms:
We use UPS, USPS, and DHL shipping to deliver your package.
Change of address:
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at service@fortellababy.com.
We are currently unable to ship to the following addresses:
Cancellations:If you change your mind before you receive your order, we are able to accept cancellations within 5 hours after your order is placed. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels Damaged In Transit:
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
