You cannot modify or cancel your order on your end.

If you need to modify your order including color change or address correction, please Contact Us within 6 hours after placing your order. After 6 hours, your order will have been processed and can no longer be modified. 

We can still cancel your order before we ship it out in 1 business day. 



Items Eligible for Refund/Replacement
  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • In original condition
  • Undamaged
  • In original packaging with all accessories included
  • Replacement parts are NOT returnable.
 We also offer refund/replacement if your items fall under one of the following situations
  • Product damaged during transit.
  • Product is missing parts.
  • Product received is different from order.


For these situations, please Contact Us with your order number and photos showing the product as well as its packaging with the tracking label on it.


  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

    You will receive an email with a prepaid return label once we approve your request. Please follow the shipping instructions included in that email:

    1. Download and print the return label.
    2. Pack all the returned items, and attach the label on a box. Please use the original packaging box the items come in.
    3. Take it to an authorized drop-off location and ship.
    4. You will receive an email as soon as we receive your items, and when a refund is issued.


    We offer FREE in-policy returns for orders made in contiguous U.S. which means that we cover the entire return shipping cost.

    For orders outside of contiguous U.S., the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.


    We DO NOT charge restocking fees for in-policy returns. You receive full refunds for these returns.
