Limited Warranty

Fortella offers a limited warranty on all products purchased from our website. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues for a period of one year from the date of purchase. (Note: Our Cloud Castle product comes with a two-year warranty.)

How to Claim

To claim a warranty, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Fortella reserves the right to inspect the product and determine the validity of the claim.

Resolution

If a defect is found, Fortella will either repair the product, replace it, or provide a refund at our discretion.
